A quick glimpse at the cast for this film would make any horror fan giddy with glee. The actual movie doesn't live up to those high expectations, but it's far from being all bad. Desi Arnaz Jr. (!) plays an author who makes a crazy $20,000 bet with his publisher that he could write a great novel in only 24 hours. To do so, the publisher gives him the keys to an old abandoned house where he won't be disturbed. Not true. Once he gets there he is interrupted by a multitude of guests including a family which consists of John Carradine, Sheila Keith, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price. They are gathered there in a twisted family reunion to release their brother from the room he's been imprisoned in for forty years. Even Christopher Lee drops by as Corrigan, the man who has just purchased the house. Soon, they realize that the caged brother is loose and out for revenge.
What a great plotline and what a dream cast! This movie should have been a hell of a lot better. It's hard to pinpoint the exact problems with the film, but I would venture to say that the lack of lighting was a major fault. Sure the house has no electricity but I think they took the title of the movie a little too literally. Scenes after scenes are barely visible and the actors' faces are undecipherable. Only the moments in the main dinning hall are well lit. Also, the great actors are given very little to do. Cushing gets a few chuckles as the scared brother but Price, Lee and especially Carradine are somewhat wasted here. Well, at least Price gets the best line of the film: `Please don't interrupt me while I am soliloquizing.' And on the plus side, the story has enough twists and turns throughout to keep one`s interest and the ending, while a bit of a cop-out, manages to surprise.

这片在能看之前很久就已经噱头十足，可惜，看了之后比较失望；中途多次睡着，醒了又倒回重放。。。
又一部诅咒式电影上映，上一步有类似体验的还是咒怨，再上一部是七夜怪谈。像这种带诅咒观众的剧本虽然说很让人有代入感，但就蛮贱的套路。让我想起小时候接到诅咒信件的经历，以及后来QQ时代的诅咒信息“不转死全家”之类的。
这都拍的什么，学人家拍伪纪录片，能力却不足，气氛都搞不起来你还拍恐怖片，全部内容都在预告片里面了，百来分钟全是各种老套路，这在电影院看气氛还不如国产恐怖片。
可怕的基本在预告里面了，有点中邪那意思了……
除了诅咒的部分有点新意，其它都是拍了多少遍的旧套路，差点看睡过去。。。
上帝视角在这样的一个以伪纪录片为卖点的电影里显得太过理直气壮，以及过于频繁的视角切换只是把本就羸弱的剧作与情感完全扭成一团，电影表达混沌到根本懒得去琢磨导演的真正意图，只剩一个还算有趣的结尾在支撑。
非常好。
互动的部分和整体氛围感都还不错。但是伪纪录片的形式搭配非线性叙事，各种拍摄设备不停切换，纪录和剪辑的过程显得特别刻意，临场的剧情推进感一直被打断。
PS：观众真可怜，好好看部电影，但没想到却被诅咒了，哈哈哈。。。
“福祸相依，生死有命”，大黑佛母应该知道这句话包含的无奈吧，若男破坏了地道里的封印，对大黑佛母是福是祸呢，江湖险恶，大黑佛母这种能力不强没有知名度的外来小角色肯定会被其他鬼神打的灰飞烟灭了。
说一千道一万，不恐怖是最大硬伤。如果《中邪》是重量级，这个只能是业余级，都比不上泰恐。说不吓人吧，也设计了不少诡异的段子；说吓人吧，这些段子都差强人意和直给硬吓，甚至全片没有高潮。看见鬼的小女孩，地洞，怪声，八方天手印，连僵尸都整出来。元素不少，技术不行，完成度不足。5

充斥着老套的恐怖技法，所谓的伪纪录完全不成体系，小儿科得很。导演去膜拜一下《死亡论文》吧，学学什么叫挑逗观众，你这个只能说明你的下作而无聊，纯粹浪费观众的时间！
女主是六年前就被佛母看上了吧？所以她身边的人都死了，是她故意把诅咒分享出去救自己？直到没啥人能分享了，于是想起把女儿接回来，拍视频剪辑给网友，欺骗大家是为了救女儿，利用大家的同情心祝福女儿，其实是在骗大家分享诅咒。然而她发现自己慢慢爱上女儿了，而且佛母开始放弃她，盯上她女儿了，所以她才要去献祭自己释放佛母救女儿？
有模仿清水崇的xx村系列吧，保持观望第二部，吓是真没被吓到，抖机灵的核心梗也无感。
看到一半，猜到结局。小机灵很多，以为能有点儿新意，还是民俗传说，怪力乱神那一套。就，期待值过高了。
不错，应该是最有互动思维的华语民俗＋伪纪录恐怖片。看恐怖片送祝福，比传统的祝福上升一个新高度。反色的设计很好啊，一步一步带你进入。
