The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很美国本土，典型的PTSD男主遇见新的事件，随即对过去创伤做选择，因而转移了现时事件推进过程的一部分注意力，也少了北欧版的那种不留痕迹的提心吊胆。老吉过于sentimental。
Jake表演很好，但很可惜悬念过早揭露，后半段观感急速下降，哪怕Jake很用心在哭了，但依然无法打动人。
相比剧情，更值得思考的是，为啥老美会拍这样一部剧，几乎一个人演完了90分钟，全是电话对白和大特写，压抑，困顿，崩溃，演技是挺绝的。

最开始的几次翻转很成功，但关键转折和之后的处理一塌糊涂，毫无悬念可言。
居然也看完了……小屏幕对影片质量真是友好。
一个人撑起的一出戏，几乎全部靠怼着脸拍表情来掀波澜，念出的大段台词就像带领观众进瓜地，开始还以为家长里短夫妻拌嘴，后来就靠想象都血淋淋了……幸好结局很正能量。
老吉一人撑起了一部戏，但是故事其实有点无聊，broken people save broken people？赎罪么？

男主人设实在不讨喜。结局圆满又正确，好莱坞潜规则兜兜转转又回去了（以前要正确结尾，有段时间变成要坏人赢，现在又轮回去了）

无聊得看不下去. 如果我是 dispatcher 碰到这种傻逼女的我可能会挂掉. 😊

本来想打两星的，打的时候，一想这拍的什么东西，全程看不下去，想犯困！剧情也是莫名其妙，稀里糊涂的，全靠观众脑补，直接一星垃圾不送

因为是翻拍也不太去管剧情了，对于声音这块的设计支撑起独角戏，也不得不说老杰的演出确实不错
这种脾气的911接线员应该会坏很多事儿吧？然后，观众并不想看到他在马桶里吐的东西是啥颜色。
3.5星，小成本到极致，全靠演技撑全场，挺好的，剧情过程太长了。
其实节奏感还是很不错的，男主演技很精湛了可以说是，一个人挑大梁，全程很紧张，反转也合理的。
3星，演员阵容很强，但跟原版比起来，美国版显得很暴躁，戾气，杰克的表演也是用力过猛。缺少反思，多了一份粗鲁莽撞。
