The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 毕竟是东木的电影。英雄迟暮，似乎无力去激荡，但永远的牛仔会变行动的冲突为内心的舒缓，能利用手中的夹笔之力书写另一番人生风景，孩子说他曾经辉煌，现已垂垂老矣，东木不去辩驳，他去拥抱他暮年的爱情，去享受他活着的每一秒，没有什么完全彻底的对错，父母之爱，友谊之光，没有什么永恒，都会逝去，我们不能只感慨美好的流走，我们要把目光投放在力所能及的当下。
感觉这两年老爷子拍的电影全是他自己想体验或向往的生活 但这部片子老爷子的幻想太无趣了
又一个暮年英雄的角色，一趟明知结局的旅程，和以往的作品相比要平庸一些。但91岁还在努力创作的人，除了东木老爷子应该没有第二位了吧。
重复，老套，无聊，中庸，煽情。好莱坞典型代表！似乎男艺术家人均恋父，女艺术家人均恋母！
cowboy挽歌，骡子这次在完美的世界中运的是男孩，也是自己的往昔。老爷子对过去是无限怀念，i don’t know how to cure old,这也是他对自己的发问吧。感动，只要你还在拍片，我们就能于银幕相遇。

搞不懂这个惊悚标签是什么鬼。。。妥妥的想复刻《完美的世界》的斯德哥爾摩症候群，真的很没意思，只能说东木真的上年纪了，从千禧年开始就在做成年人的童话了
别主演了，就在幕后燃烧吧！说话动作都不太利索了，真的很担心下一幕就接不上气了！
什么叫美国精神？这就叫美国精神！
这部看得百感交集，哀叹老爷子的老去，更惊叹老爷子的一切。上一部他导和演的《骡子》，比这部要好看得很多，而之后的《理查德朱维尔的哀歌》更是让人跪服。不管老爷子是心有余而力不足还是刻意为之，我觉得都可以理解。毕竟这是你能看到的屈指可数的90岁以上高龄的导演和演员的作品了。好好珍惜吧，可以的话我希望老爷子能导和演到一百岁。
东木高估了自己对于女人男人以及马和动物的魅力，令影片悬于梦想脱离现实的理想主义
片子非常一般，但是东木主演的电影已经形成一个特定人物和他的故事，我愿意像追连续剧一样一直看下去。
情节之间僵硬脱节，不是很好的剧作。老牛仔的暮年哀伤，我相信东木自己是接受时代和岁月变迁的，但是对于一个几乎将自己2/3人生都贡献给电影的人多少还是能看出他的不甘心和不消停（褒义）。希望老爷子长命百岁，我认为对于东木的最好结局是逝于片场吧。
