3.5。後半段真正意義上擺脫了音樂劇形式的束縛，開始了真正的影視化改編。但此處的「真正」也僅指分鏡層面，畢竟對彼時政治氛圍和社會環境的描摹極為不足，導致本就不多的現實感「折上加折」。雖然以創作者個體視角切入本身並無問題，只是在現在這個年代用小切口談《吉屋出租》，多少有些浪費題材了。
