The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 年轻导演处女作，就当了解一下柬埔寨的生活和文化了
城市化进程中被城市抛下的底层阶级 个体生活面临的亲情友情房子的社会问题而产生的迷茫 最后年轻人为了赚钱依然前赴后继的进入这个吃人的熔炉
中间睡了一半吧，没有很强的矛盾和戏剧性。偏执的父亲和柬埔寨温热潮湿的无力感确实表现到了。

大部分只是交待一个粗糙的情境而已，效果还是一惊一乍式的，没有情感，没有意义。因为是短片集，竟然也就看完了
