The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 关于“自身”重现的一切，反复演绎的永远听不腻的故事的重述
老爷子的电影一直都是质量的保证，就像本人一样永远逗人喜爱啊，不过这次的电影失手了。故事陈旧且水平不行，毫无新意，只够两星水准。

老牛仔的浪漫故事，姑且原谅导演又把自己写成万人迷好了
现在看到老东木的电影，心中总是浮现“不要温和地走进那个良夜”…………永远敬佩老爷子，牛仔精神forever,继续拍下去
东木老爷子真的老了，颤颤巍巍的动作，微弱的声线表现片子本身的弱冲突和人物身上的无力感，不如说是老爷子自己的无力感，这就像人生，你觉得自己什么都懂，老了却发现，自己什么事都没有答案
故事创意是有意思的，但是情节主线也太冗长了，人物的动机在第一幕以后完全丢失，东木走的虽然仍旧是反类型片的塑造，但仍就是西部片的内核，一个英雄到达一个小镇改变了当地人并落寞孤独离开，只不过最后东木选择了回归小镇和西班牙女人重聚，但实在是乏善可陈。相比起导演天王山之作《不可饶恕》还是差强人意。不过还是希望老爷子可以一直拍下去·····
期待什么？老爷车的牺牲？哀歌的碗？

东木还想变年轻吧，只是已经给剧情推着走了…
慢慢讲故事的东木老爷子，能看出确实是老了，身子有些驼了，有时候还是能看到坚毅的眼神但是难掩暮年神伤。一老头，一小孩儿，一只鸡，一段公路之旅，故事形式很老套，情结也没有多少跌宕起伏扣人心弦，简单看看不错。
非常温和的温情电影、看了很平静、老爷子老当益壮
