The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. “捍卫动物的自由”，说得容易，做到真难。很多地区，连人类自由都还没有呢。
因果循环。坦然接受既定的命运需要勇气。早知道后来会是这样，不如当初在绿教堂中就被砍下头颅。
5分 剧情上就是高文接受挑战，战胜自己成为骑士的故事…但拍得这么无聊，本质上已经是草菅人命了…
色彩清奇，画面绝美。看得云里雾里，但值得反复回味。(寻找骑士精神之旅，绿色即永恒？)
故弄玄虚的东西，不是谁都能搞出来的！强氛围，诗意，无敌摄影和服装道具化妆，你们都看不见吗？不要跟我说节奏和剪辑的问题，21世纪都20年代了，做点新的尝试——符合当下艺术标准的传说故事改编，总比追求四平八稳好的多吧！如同上世纪80年代斯科塞斯拍耶稣基督最后的诱惑，David Lowery拍一个失败的有瑕疵的骑士才和现在的人类更为接近，壮哉！
而女主让他们在一定的“人类保护下”自由。

很大气，自己看不明白，只能去看别人的讲解。
主角是他们 人类确实有点多余 可没有人故事就不晓得怎么展开了…… 这头狼和狮子是怎么拍的 真不容易的 …… 好看 但故事太弱
虽然情节有点超现实，但是道理是不错的，爱心和同情心超越人类和动物的界限。
