The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 整个叙事的话并没有非常理解人物之间的关系，也没有体会相互之间那种情感的连接。
和江户川乱步短篇集的拍摄手法很像，光是川端原文的阅读就很有沉浸感了，画面也很考究。内容上感觉像是“原作➕剧情解析”的改编 ps高桥真的好适合这种角色哇
挺喜欢这部影片，舒缓的节奏情感的流动感觉很舒服，总能在女主身上看到苍井优的影子。但这海报太迷惑了，为何不是白茫茫的雪景而是通往雪国的隧道呢。
所以，人生的阶段不外乎两种结果，成功后陷入失去目标的虚无，或者失败后陷入徒劳。二者并无本质的差别。

男主长得太洋气了，加上有大量的心理独白，给人的感觉就是男主更像是戏外的说书人，而非角色本身。
看完剧的我天啊,带着看美的眼睛看它吧!命运之轮,角色有灵魂.太耀眼就可以以念念不忘.“徒劳”一词贯穿全剧
没想到在一部爱情片感受到了这么多 啊这样
雪中的奈绪太美了太美了，益生菌这个嫖客演得……不大得劲儿。镜头很漂亮，奈绪的和服装扮更漂亮，漂亮到我都没关心旁白在念叨些啥。
新选组原来是这个意思，但无论在哪个片子里冲田总是这么令人心疼，土方和冲田有点好嗑
比较懵逼，说了点什么，又什么都没说。雪国和奈绪都太美了，美得需要翻翻原著寻找合适的形容。但这个故事，以为会有反转，却又跟想象和展开的一模一样，可能想看一个故事这种想法本身就很不文学吧。
