The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 电影用片段倒序进行的方式展开，因为没看过原著看了两遍电影才搞清楚故事的来龙去脉。很喜欢森山未来的演出，几个女角也挺称职，电影还是挺精彩的！尤其是几段森山未来和伊藤莎莉诠释的少男少女的初恋是整部电影最精彩的部分。森山未来最后的回忆也让人有挥之不去的浓浓伤感。
无用镜头太多 好在摄影还不错。
只能当白噪音的电影，不配下饭。要不然就把叙事做好，要不然文艺氛围弄好，这是什么东西？

影片叙事节奏缓慢，采用倒叙插叙结合叙事，通过男主视角通过他的回忆，通过与三任女友的回忆故事，主要还是初恋以及后来第二个酒吧认识的女生，让我们了解到他。
森山未来和柄本佑的气质很像，一种类型的人类。
故事一般，但视听质感做的不错，光线的设计和镜头烘托，遗憾和惆怅的情绪满满；倒叙回溯算个特点，不过，40岁的男人，终归还是太丧了点。
能够感到森导演作为一个年轻的新生代导演，非常的谦虚。

很日式记叙文式的电影，更多的需要自己的解读吧…没有东出昌大会更好。
