The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 虽然叙事流畅，但对于PTA来说太平庸且乏味了。
荒诞离奇的故事用朴实优美的手法表现出来
看起来很随意的样子，反派无脑低幼，只能说是个半成品吧。
看动画不用带脑子也可以忽略很多逻辑错误，好快乐好幸福。
7分，个人最喜欢的点 不是你奔向我、我奔向你。而是第一次约会的呼吸，就那几秒钟的氛围。
冲着Haim去的，中途还惊现Tom Waits，但真的不好看啊。 男主Gary应该是个双子座吧，行为动机太随机了……整部电影看完，就像刷了一堆抖音短视频，内心空荡荡。 最后还来了个可怕的“双向奔赴”，提心吊胆生怕其中一个被车撞了，结果没有，就那样硬生生的皆大欢喜了……回想起来，还是被车撞了更不落俗套一点。
从片头开始就被这个极具男性视角的故事弄得极具不适。女生拒绝了你没关系，只要你像牛皮癣一样贴着她，告诉她如果不是因为你她可能一辈子都在给高中生拍照混日子，那么有一天她总会爱上在各个方面都没有什么吸引力的你。
感情跳跃，叙事凌乱，全靠观众脑补，妄称大作。神棍之辈必有神棍之徒追捧。
PTA的怀旧之作，浓浓的70年代风，配乐剪辑很棒，选角很真实。
如果换一个男主我大概也不至于这么痛苦。很少给电影人的心血打一颗星，但这次我真的受不了了，谢谢哈

3.5 主体思想：男的都是烂人。 镜头控制力没话说，希望下部电影找个好故事吧。
虽然是个很好看的故事，但还是没明白为什么这个故事有存在的必要，导演到底想说什么

爱情小品，但总体来说没什么意思，就是我们互相喜欢，但我们总不能挑明的那种套路。这个晚上浪费了。
