比起紀錄片更加瑣碎多了細節。影片始終對準餐廳對準後廚，敘述了一個周末晚上所發生的事，劇本非常紮實，演員的功夫也爐火純青，導演的調度相當不錯，全片自始至終一直很有張力，也挺抓人。餐廳的後廚，其實每天也是神經高度緊張，事情不斷，頗有些刀光劍影的樣子。
